Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy explains when and how you may return products, and how refunds are handled.


1. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett) – Norway & EU/EØS

  • Customers in Norway and the EU/EØS have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

  • The 14-day period begins on the day you receive the product.

  • You may cancel your order for any reason, without providing justification.

Conditions for returns under the right of withdrawal:

  • You are allowed to inspect and try the product in the same way you would in a physical store.

  • If the product has been used beyond what is necessary for inspection, the refund may be reduced to reflect diminished value.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order number).

  • Returns must be sent to the following address:

Return shipping costs:

  • The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs when using the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 14 days.


2. Customers Outside Norway/EU

  • For customers outside Norway and the EU/EØS (for example Canada, USA, etc.), the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply.

  • Returns are only accepted if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect (see Section 3).


3. Damages, Defects, or Wrong Item (Reklamasjon)

We take product quality seriously. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, you are entitled to a solution.

If this happens:

  • Contact us immediately at elisaaah@icloud.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos if possible.

  • We will offer one of the following:

    1. A replacement item sent at no extra cost, or

    2. A full refund of your purchase.

Returns for defective items:

  • In most cases, you will not be required to return the defective item, since return shipping to the supplier is impractical.

  • If a return is required, we will provide instructions and cover all costs.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return or claim has been processed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at elisaaah@icloud.com.


5. Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned under the right of withdrawal:

  • Products not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken (e.g., certain personal care items).

  • Digital products, gift cards, or downloadable items.

  • Custom or personalized products made specifically for you.

(These exceptions are in line with Norwegian and EU consumer law.)
